Secretariat
The Automotive and Transportation Industries Branch (ATIB) provides
secretariat services to CAPC. The Director General of the ATIB, Alison Tait, acts as the CAPC
Secretary and the Assistant Deputy Minister, Industry Sector, acts as the alternate on the
Council for the Minister of Industry. ATIB has representatives on all working groups to help
support the process and to provide a federal government perspective to the discussions.
